《老鼠小姐的外套》

秋天到了，天气一点点变凉，老鼠小姐想做一件外套来抵御寒冷。她需要布料和针线，慷慨的朋友们为她准备好了一切。

老鼠小姐会做出怎样的衣服呢？

Little Miss Mouse wanted to make a coat.

Where would she find the cloth?

 “Gather our leaves,” said the maple trees.

Little Miss Mouse wanted a coat. Where would she find a needle?

“Take one of mine,” said the porcupine.

Little Miss Mouse wanted a coat. Where would she find some thread?

 “My mane, of course,” said the friendly horse.

Little Miss Mouse put on her coat and went out into the storm.

She stayed as snug as a bug in a rug with her coat to keep her warm.
