10、上海市通过了《上海市未成年人保护条例》修订案，自3月1日起正式施行。相比一审稿，最终通过的条例新增一条规定，未经未成年人父母或者其他监护人同意，不得向未成年人提供医疗美容服务。任何组织或者个人不得违法与未成年人进行与未成年人年龄、智力不相适应的交易行为，不得向未成年人提供文身服务。
