There is a broad consensus that the future is “hybrid”, and that more people will spend more days working from home. But there is much scope for disagreement on the details. How many days, and which ones? And will it be fair? Surveys show that women are less keen to return to the office, so they may risk being passed over for promotions. Model in use:
There is a broad consensus that a lot more knowledge are acquired from outside school. Leaving school for a while and enjoying a completely different experience enable people to better know what they want and need to improve and work harder on, which does good to their future study. But there is much scope for disagreement on the details. Who would pay for the expenses? Is it worthwhile to make up for the void when you are absent from school? And it may involve many unmarked risks, such as the more fierce competition for the job market, and the not-so-good adjustment to school curriculum, etc.
