You will not be defeated

You can write everything down if you want to. Be brave enough to write every one of your goals down. But I'm going to tell you something. Life's going to hit you in your mouth, and you've got to do me a huge favor, your WHY has to be greater than that knock down. 

如果你愿意，你可以把一切都写下来。勇敢地写下你的每一个目标。但我要告诉你一件事。那就是：生活会给你当头一棒。所以拜托，你的动机要足够强大，这样才不会被生活击倒。

The world ain't all sunshine and rainbows. It's a very mean and nasty place, and I don't care how tough you are. It will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. 

世界并不是充满阳光和彩虹的。这是一个非常卑鄙和肮脏的地方，我不在乎你有多坚强。如果你放任它的话，它会把你彻底打倒，让你永远停在原地。

You, me or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain't about how hard you hit. It's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward, how much you can take and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done.

你、我或者不管是谁，出拳再重也比不上生活的重击。但这并不在于你能够挥出多重的拳还击，而是在于你可以在承受万千磨难后仍能屹立不倒，勇往直前，在于你能承受多少，并能继续前进。这才是真正的胜利。

Some of you have been knocked out by life. And you got up and saw the blood, "He hit me." Sometimes in life You have to hit back. 

你们中的一些人被生活击倒了。你站起来看到了血，然后说：“他打了我。”有时候面对生活，你必须要给与反击。

It's hard to keep your spirits up, to be motivated, to be encouraging. It's hard. You got bills. You got responsibilities. It's hard. But it's worth believing. It's worth giving yourself a chance. It's worth fighting relentlessly, never giving up. 

要一直保持精神昂扬、饱受激励和鼓舞，这是很难的。你有很多账单要付，也有很多责任要承担。的确很难。但请相信这是值得的。你要给自己一次机会。这值得你坚持不懈地为之奋斗，永不放弃。
