My dad has always loved waking up early. He’s usually awake by 5 am. He likes to go jogging for about an hour, and then he takes a shower and prepares breakfast for the family. I think that the reason he can wake up so early is that he also goes to bed early, usually around 9 pm. If he went to bed later, he probably wouldn’t be getting enough sleep.
