Steve: Good afternoon, Nancy. You look nice in that blue dress.
Nancy: Thank you. But things are not going quite well.
Steve: What’s up?
Nancy: I have received a call from Q&A and they have found some problems with our order F37.
Steve: God. Order F37 again! Third complaint in one month! What’s wrong with it?
Nancy: They have identified some broken screens and scratches.
Steve: Have they figured out what resulted in them?
Nancy: I’m not sure. But Bob from Q&A said you could call him if you need more information. 
Steve: OK. I will call him right now. Thank you.
Nancy: You are welcome.
