Emma: They don’t like the white boxes. They want them in black and also want their logo printed on the package.
Alex: No problem. But they must send us their logo as soon as possible.
Emma: That’s exactly what I told them. They promised to email it to us today. This order is a bit different from others. Please make these requirements clear to our Production Department.

Emma: Thank you. They emphasize they don’t want any delay. So, you’d better remind our Production Department of this. I’ll arrange the shipment as soon as possible.
