That’s how to correctly say that something is 20 percent cheaper than the normal price. 

You don’t have to use anything else like “price” or “cheaper” when you use this expression.

 Everybody will understand.

Example: 

“Wow, look at these shoes, they are great. And they are 20% off…I think I will get them.”
