Whatever experience you're having right now, it has not come to stay. It has come to pass.

不管你现在正在经历着什么,这些都不会逗留太久,它终究会成为过去。



Sometimes you have to just back up and go within yourself, and pray, and meditate, and recharge your batteries. 

有时,你不得不后退一步,回到自己的内心,然后祈祷、冥想,给自己充电。



Go away. Clear your head. And then come back and look at it from a different vantage point. 

走开一下,清醒一下大脑。然后回来,从另外一个角度再来看待这个问题。



Don't operate while you're under the spell or the effect of what's going on. Don't allow your emotions to control you. We are emotional, but we want to begin to discipline your emotion. 

不要在事态正在发展时或者在某事的影响下去行动。不要被情绪所操控。我们都是情绪化的,但是你要开始控制你的情绪。
