Anna and Elsa's 'Olaf's Frozen Adventure' duet （二重唱）could become a holiday classic (安娜与爱莎在 “Olaf’s冰雪奇缘冒险” 片里的二重唱可能会成为假日经典曲目）

We just heard the finale （终曲） song from the new Frozen short and, parents beware （当心）, it could be that song you'll want to hear again and again...and again.

You won't want to Let it Go.

Elyssa Samsel and Kate Anderson, the songwriting team behind Disney’s short Olaf’s Frozen Adventure, debuted （初次表演） a brand new song at Disney’s D23 Expo on Saturday (the short will be released with Pixar's Coco on Nov. 22.)

The song will be sung as a duet between Anna (Kristen Bell) and Elsa (Idina Menzel), called When We’re Together. It describes the magic of the holidays when surrounded by loved ones.

But what's really catchy （易记的） is the hook of the duet, with its beautiful harmonies （和声）. 

Samsel and Anderson sang their song live onstage during the Frozen panel Saturday and it impressed the audience

The team said John Lasseter, head of Pixar Animation, told them to create “the next Silent Night.” Director Kevin Deters said the song even brought tears to Lasseter’s eyes.

“We were just blown away,” producer Roy Conli said about the song. He added that it “could become a holiday classic.”

We agree. Especially when Bell and Menzel voice the ballad onscreen.

Anderson and Samsel said they pulled the song from their experiences of coming home for the holidays.

“It never felt like the holiday could start until my whole family was together,” Anderson said introducing the number.

Olaf's Frozen Adventure features three other new songs. Josh Gad, the voice of snowman Olaf in his title project, debuted his own song That Time of Year on Friday at D23 Expo's animation panel.
