1. Actually, I had a question about the previous slide. Could you go back to that?

Start a sentence with "Actually..." when you need to ask someone to change plans or do something different than they expected. Beginning with "Actually..." is polite and makes it seem like you're sorry for bringing the listener inconvenience.


2. Hey, can we go back to what you were saying about the deposit slips? I have a question.

3. I looked over your reports, and I jotted down a few questions that I wanted to ask you.

Look over sth. means to look at something to see if it's OK. In other words, it means to "check" something. 

to jot sth. down, means  write a short note. For example, in a meeting at work you might "jot down" a question that you want to ask someone later.
