Hans left Anna and went to the council chamber where the Duke and other dignitaries were gathered. "It's getting colder by the minute,"the Duke said.

汉斯撇下安娜，走进了公爵和贵族们开会的大厅。“现在越来越冷了。”公爵说。

"Forget starving;we'll soon freeze to death."

“不要说饿死了，我们很快就会冻死的。”

Hans fell into achair, looking weak and grief-stricken.

汉斯一下子跌坐在椅子上，看上去虚弱无力，伤心不已。

"Prince Hans!" adignitary said, reaching out to him gently.

“汉斯王子！”一位贵族轻轻地拍了拍他。

Hans loweredhis head and chuckled to himself.He had sat down on the throne. His planwas moving along perfectly. Pretending to be full of remorse, Hanssaid, "Princess Anna is... dead."

汉斯低下头暗自高兴。他已经坐上了王位，他的计划正顺利地进行着。汉斯装作自责地说 ：“安娜公主……已经死了。”

"What?" the othermen exclaimed.

“什么？”贵族们不敢相信自己的耳朵。

"How could this happen?" one of the dignitaries asked.

“怎么会这样？”一位贵族问道。

Hans shook hishead slowly. "She was killed by QueenElsa."

汉斯缓缓地摇了摇头，说 ：“是艾莎女王杀死了她。”

"No!" the Dukeshouted.

“天哪！”公爵叫道。

With his head in hishands, Hans played the part of a grieving man. "We said our wedding vows... before she died in my arms."

汉斯用手捂住头，悲伤地说 ：“她刚刚……在我怀里说完结婚誓言，就死了。”

"There can be no doubt now,"the Duke declared. "Queen Elsais a monster!"

“现在完全可以确定了，”公爵大声说，“艾莎女王的确是个妖怪！”

"Prince Hans,"stated one of the dignitaries. "Arendelle looks to you."

“汉斯王子，”一位贵族说，“艾伦戴尔就指望您了。”

Hans noddedgrimly, but he was secretly elated. Never in hiswildest dreams could he have plotted his ascent to the throne so gloriously. "With aheavy heart, I charge Queen Elsa withtreason and sentence her to death," hedeclared.

汉斯悲伤地点点头，心里却暗自高兴。他从未想过能够如此荣耀地登上王位。“怀着沉痛的心情,我将以叛国罪判处艾莎女王死刑！”他宜布道。

In her dungeoncell, Elsa stood by the window. The snow was cascading down heavily. She wondered where Anna was at that moment.Anna would never be able to survive this storm.

在地牢里，艾莎站在窗边望着肆无忌惮的暴风雪。她不知道安娜会在哪儿。这样的天气她很难活下来。

Maybe I am amonster, she thought. Hans's words haunted her. Herpowers had done nothing but causegreat trouble for the kingdom.

她想起了汉斯的话,觉得也许自己就是个妖怪。她的魔法没有任何用处，只会给王国带来巨大的麻烦。

Elsa knew that shehad to leave Arendelle so she wouldn't do any more harm. As her eyeswelled up with tears, she looked down at her shackles. They were completely frozen, and suddenly, they broke open.Then, with a thunderous crash, ice broke through the dungeon walls,splitting them apart as Elsa's emotionsoverwhelmed her mind and heart. Realizing she could escape, Elsa hurriedthrough the gaping hole in the wall.

艾莎知道自己必须离开艾伦戴尔，这样才不会造成更多的伤害。她流着泪，低头看到手铐已经完全冻住了。忽然，手铐裂开了。然后，轰的一声，地牢墙壁上的冰也裂开了，墙壁裂开了 一个大口，艾莎的情感压倒了她的思想和内心。艾莎意识到自己可以离开这里，连忙从墙上的大洞逃了出去。

Hans heard the noiseand ran down to the dungeon. The Duke and his guards were already there.

汉斯听到了动静，带人赶到了地牢。公爵和他的护卫们已经到了。

"What happened?" Hans asked.

“怎么回事？”汉斯问。

"The queen hasescaped," the Duke replied, gazing through the opening in the wall.

“女王逃跑了。”公爵看着墙上的大洞回答说。
