269 – 一起来做饭：潜水艇三明治 Sub Sandwich

1. Choose your bread. There is honey oat, Italian herb, cheese, multigrain, and of course, white bread.

选择面包。有蜂蜜燕麦，意大利香草料，奶酪，多谷物，当然还有白面包。

2. Cut bread horizontally in half. Spread butter over bottom half.

把面包横切一半，底层涂抹黄油。

3. Layer cheese, your choice of meat such as ham, salami, chicken, steak and tuna, lettuce, tomato, onion, cucumber and bell pepper on bread.

在面包上铺上奶酪，你喜好的肉类比如火腿、意大利香肠、鸡肉、牛排和金枪鱼，生菜、番茄、洋葱、黄瓜和灯笼椒。

4. Drizzle with dressing and seasoning.

5. If you are more health conscious, you can go for a light mayonnaise or vinaigrette.

6. Top the remaining bread. Secure loaf with picks.
