昨天我们的翻译任务是：他竟然出柜了。

To my surprise,he came out of the closet.

Yesterday I went shopping with one of my best friends. He has been living in China for a long time，so he brought me to some interesting places. I was looking to buy a new phone. When we went to the shop I asked the owner: “How much for this one?” He told me: “5000”. I said “Ok, no problem.” I almost gave him the money and my friend stopped me. He told me: “5000 is too much. Let me bargain with him. You go outside and wait for me”. After a while he told me to go back in. The owner agreed to sell it for 4000. The owner said to my friend “You’re so good at bargaining. I’ve got to hand it to you.” 

昨天我和我哥们去逛街购物。他已经在中国呆了很久了所以他来带路带我去有趣的地方。昨天我刚好需要买部新手机。到了店铺我问老板：“这款怎么卖？”他告诉我需要5千。我说“没问题”。就在我差不多把钱给他时，我朋友就拦住了我。他跟我说5千太多了。让我跟他砍价，你出去等我。过了一会他让我进去。那时老板同意了卖4000. 他说：你砍价能力太厉害了I’ve got to hand it to you。” （我服了你/说不过你）
