Decide to get started

Unless you understand that you've got to parent yourself, you’ve got to push yourself, you're not gonna make your dreams come true. You're just not. 

除非你明白人必须自我成长，自我驱动，否则你的梦想是不会实现的。你不会梦想成真。

Stop complaining and do me a favor. If you wanna make a difference, all you’ve got to do is one thing - this is how you get started. You want something different. Listen to me. All you’ve got to do is make a decision. That's it. 

拜托，别抱怨了。如果你想有所作为，你只需要做一件事——让自己开始改变。你想要与众不同的东西。听我说，你要做的就是做个决定。如此就好。
