Three signs to be successful 成功的三个迹象

You are hardworking. 

你很努力。

You know that it's impossible to reach your goals unless you put in the work. Even if it takes a lot more work to get there than you thought it would, you don't let it stop you. 

你知道，只有通过努力，才有可能实现目标。就算你要付出的努力比原来预料的要多很多，你也不会停下脚步。

You realize that it will take time, and you're okay with that. You take things one step at a time, and find ways to allocate more time for accomplishing your tasks.

You have faith.

There will always be people who tell you that your dreams are unreasonable or unrealistic. They may try to convince you of their opinion with backstories or their own personal beliefs. But no matter what they say, you focus on your goals and what they mean to you. You have faith that you can make your dreams your reality. 

总会有人告诉你，你的梦想不合理，你的梦想不现实，他们想用一些故事或者他们的个人想法来说服你。但是，无论他们说什么，你都能专注于自己的目标，而不在乎他们讲什么。你相信，你能实现自己的梦想。

You surround yourself with success.

The people we surround ourselves with have a big influence on who we turn out to be. In fact, the people in your circle, shape your mind and ambitions. 

我们周围的人对我们有巨大的影响。事实上，你社交圈子里的人，能塑造你的思想和抱负。

If your friends and family work toward success and encourage you to do the same, then you're more likely to do so, as well. If you surround yourself with success, then you too will likely become successful. 

如果你的朋友或者家人为成功而努力，并且他们鼓励你也这样做，那么你也就更有可能这样做。如果你让自己的圈子都是成功的人，那么你也更有可能成为成功人士。
