Dr. Lem Moyé is a retired American physician, epidemiologist and biostatistician. For over 30 years he has conducted federally sponsored research. He has worked with the US FDA and pharmaceutical companies and has served as expert witness in both state and federal court. He taught graduate classes in epidemiology and biostatistics and served as a volunteer physician during Hurricane Katrina, that experience led to his prize-winning book, "Caring for Katrina's Survivors". Dr. Moyé continues to write and illuminate readers of the role they play in an unsettling world. We talk about how natural disasters expose weak American infrastructures, corruption in the FDA and pharmaceutical companies and we get into covid, vaccines, future pandemics and the politicizing of public health.
