Don’t believe in talking the rightdecision; take a decision and make it right.

不要相信所谓的“正确的决定”。做一个决定，然后使它成为正确的。

 Atevery moment of the day we have to decide what to focus on, what to think aboutand what to do. But often we operate from automatic patterns of behavior. Tomake better decisions, we need to consider the details of our situation and allthe available options.

Another hindrance to making betterdecisions is the fear of being wrong. We need to understand: We won’t always beable to make the right decision. But we can always make our decision right. Inother words, whatever we decide, the outcome of our decision will provide uswith a lesson. And if we listen and learn we’ll be one step closer to makingthe right decision.

For instance, you may choose the wrongpartner or job but at least you’ll know that’s not what you what. Next time you’llhave a better idea of what you’re looking for and what’s important. So don’thold back. Make the decision. Listen to the feedback, and then makeadjustments.

每一天、每一个时刻，我们都在做着决定：决定专注于什么、决定想什么、决定做什么。然而我们常常按照自动模式来行动。要想做更好的决定，我们就应该细微地思考一下当下的情况和所有的可能性。

另外一个阻碍我们做正确决定的因素是对错误的恐惧。我们需要明白：我们不可能总做出正确的决定，但我们总能使决定变得正确。也就是说，无论我们的决定是什么，它所产生的结果会给我们一个经验，如果我们听从并学习，我们就会朝着正确的决定更进一步。

比如，你可能选择了错误的工作，或者错误的合伙人，但至少你知道了这不是你想要的，下次你就会知道你在找什么，什么对你来说是重要的。所以不要后退，做出决定吧。听它的反馈，然后再作调整。
