11. BODY TEMPERATURE AND SWEAT 体温和出汗

D: Have you got a temperature(had any fever recently)?

   你发烧了吗

P: Yes, doctor, I have been feeling quite flushed(warm) lately.

  是的，医生，最近我发烧了

D: Is your temperature (constantly) high all the time or does it go up and down?

    你体温是一直都高还是有起伏

P: It usually goes up( it is usually higher) at night. But it is still high even during the day.

  通常晚上发烧，但是现在白天也是。

D: What's the highest and the lowest it has been in the past few days?

    这几天最低最高分别是多少？

P: The highest was 39℃. The lowest was38℃.

    最高39℃，最低38℃

D: And where did you take your temperature, under your arm or under your tongue(orally舌头上)?

    你把温度计放在哪里测得，腋下还是嘴里。

P: Under my tongue (I measured it orally).

    嘴里

D: Do you also have the shivers (chills)（寒颤）?

    你怕冷吗

P: Yes, sometimes.

    是的，有时候。

D: Do(Did) your teeth chatter（颤动）(rattle) or are the shivers(chills)milder than that?

   你牙齿打颤吗，或是比这稍微轻点。

P: Oh yes, they chatter(rattle). I've bitten my tongue several times already.

     是的，打颤，我已经咬到好几次舌头了。

D: Do(Did) you take anything for the fever?

    你发烧吃药了吗？

P: Aspirin

    吃了阿司匹林

D: Does it help?

    吃了有用吗？

P: No not really.

   没多大效果。

D: Have you been abroad( traveled) to any tropical or developing countries recently?

     你最近去过热带或者发展中国家吗？

P: Yes, I just came back from Thailand a few months ago.

是的，我几月前刚从泰国回来。

D: I see. Do you perspire more than usual?

我知道了，你汗比平常出的多吗？

P: Yes, a lot, I am afraid

   是的，很多，我想是的。

D: just when your work hard or also at other times?

   是你工作时候多还是其他时间？

P: Well, I never used to sweat much. But now I seems to break out in a sweat (at the drop of a hat)easily .my clothes often get soaking wet.

     嗯，我以前出的不多，但是容易大汗淋漓，衣服经常湿透。

D: Do you feel shaky or weak at all?

   你打颤或感到疲乏吗?

P: Yes, practically all the time.`

    是的，几乎一直是。
