One question tho, can you make more in depth explanation on why is it important to NOT maintain harmonious culture in current global landscape?

Alex2621 回复 @Franky_Boi: Thank you for your question! I assume that what you mean by “harmonious culture” here is a friendly relationship between cultures (and thus avoiding any cultural conflicts)? I don't exactly remember making that remark, since I don't think there's anything wrong with respecting different perspectives

One example can be how the Hans assimilated the Manchu during Yuan dynasty. (I think during yuan dynasty the widespread of yuan dynasty’s massive landscape and culture can be compared to globalization at modern time, as in yuan dynasty intense cultural exchange has occurred rapidly with the Hans)

Alex2621 回复 @Franky_Boi: They are actually Mongols but right the conquest has really fostered cultural exchanges between Central Asia and Europe.

Great discussion on globalization! Assimilation of cultures during globalization is indeed a double edged sword: it is a benefactor/catalyst to greater progression of nations when meritocracy is “traded”. However when done to a certain extent one’s core will be lost, assimilating in to other culture
