Literally, it’s Pig''s Intestine Stuffed with Sticky Rice. To make it simple, you can also call it Sticky Rice Sausage,
字面的意思是在猪肠里面填充糯米,简单来讲,也可以称之为糯米肠。


Some foreigners may feel unpleasant upon hearing the word 'intestine', but to me, heh heh, it's extremely yummy.
一些老外一听“猪肠”这个字眼可能会觉得有点不太愉悦,但是对我来说,呵呵,那是人间美味呢。


First of all, the large intestine has to be washed and cleaned by salt, starch or baking soda to get rid of the smell.
首先,猪大肠必须用食盐、淀粉或者是食用纯碱反复搓洗至没有异味。


And then the soaked sticky rice is to be mixed together with the ingredients like pork, shrimps, mushrooms and lotus seeds before being stuffed into the intestine. 
接着,将用水浸泡过的糯米,猪肉,虾,香菇和莲子等佐料减搅拌均匀再填充到猪肠里面。


After that, steam the sticky rice sausage for about 45 minutes to 1 hour in a steamer.
然后用蒸锅把糯米猪肠蒸大约45分钟到1个小时。


Next, slice it diagonally, serve it on a plate and garnish(在食物上加饰菜) it with some sesames. Now, you can enjoy the delicious snack with some sweet dipping sauce(甜蘸酱).
接下来将这一根糯米猪肠斜切, 上盘,并撒上一些芝麻。现在你就这可蘸着甜酱享受这道人间极品小吃了。


You can also fry the steamed sticky rice sausage until the intestine is golden brown. Drain it and let it cool completely before slicing into small pieces. 
你也可以把蒸好的糯米猪肠用油煎一下直到猪肠表面变得金黄,把油滴干,完全冷却后再切成薄片。
