现在有很多受欢迎的网络公司，其中我最感兴趣的是字节跳动，它是一家信息科技公司，我表姐就职于这家公司的市场部门，她经常会在社交平台分享一些工作的照片，也常会跟我聊她们公司。字节跳动是做互联网产品的公司，研发一些计算机软件和硬件，其中最出名的则是今日头条APP。这家公司的环境非常棒，装修很现代化，对于员工非常人性化，上班时间弹性灵活，大部分员工都觉得很轻松，我非常希望将来能有机会也加入到这个有趣的公司。

There are so many popular technology (科技) companies nowadays. Among them, I am most interested in Byte Dance, a large technology company.  I learned about it from my cousin who works there. She is in themarketing（市场）department and is very busy. She often posts photos of the company onsocial media（社交网站）and I sometimes talk to her about it.

The company designs and develops socialapplications（社交软件）for online users. You might have used or at least heard about the news app named Headlines. The company is based in Beijing and was established（创建） in 2012. Theinterior design（室内设计） is modern but warm, and there is a cozypantry room（茶水间） on each floor where there are delicious cookies and drinks for staff. When they feel tired, they can have a rest there. Thisflexibility（灵活性） makes its staff work more actively and efficiently（高效地）.

I take great interest in this company not only because of its architecture and environment, but also because of its consideration（体贴） of its staff members. I think nowadays many people are living under too much pressure, and if theiranxiety（焦虑）continues for a long time, they will become depressed. So, a relaxing and friendly workplace is actually the most important factor. I hope one day I could have the chance to work for the company too.
