[00:11.61]Coco Chanel, founder of the world famous French brand Chanel,
[00:16.83]remarked: "In order to be irreplaceable, one must always be different."
[00:23.24]The quote not only summarizes the secret of Chanel,
[00:27.31]but also reveals the jungle law of our society:
[00:31.59]it gains the competitive edge to be different.
[00:35.36]If you are different from others,
[00:37.27]you are hard to be replaced,
[00:39.21]because others don't have special qualities as you do.
[00:43.38]However, if you don't stand out, the situation is wholly different.
[00:48.88]China, for example, was known for its cheap labor,
[00:52.63]which made the products "Made in China" popular in the world.
