一、主诉的表示方法:症状+时间((symptom+time)

1.症状+for+时间

如:胸痛2小时chest pain for 2 hours

2.症状+of+时间

如:恶心呕吐3天nausea and vomiting of three days duration

3.症状+时间+in duration

如:头痛1个月headache 1 month in duration

4.时间十of十症状

如:发热2天two-day history of fever
