Brothers Flying 

People dreamed of flying for many years. A great scientist and a millionaire were trying to develop an airplane, but it wouldn’t fly.

人们梦想着飞行多年。一位伟大的科学家和一位百万富翁曾经试图研发飞机，但并没有成功。

The first airplane started with a fun toy. Wilbur and Orville’s father came home with a toy glider. The boys were excited to see it fly around. From that moment, they wanted to know more about flying.

第一架飞机从一个有趣的玩具开始。威尔伯和奥维尔的父亲带着玩具滑翔机回家。男孩们很高兴看到它飞来飞去。从那一刻起，他们想进一步了解飞行。

The Wright brothers grew up loving to invent and repair things. They also studied birds and how they flew. They did not finish high school. But the brothers later opened a bicycle shop. On the side, they made an airplane.

Their first airplane was a glider, like the toy from their father. They continued to improve their airplane many times. During that time, they sometimes got hurt. After many years of experiments, they finally made an airplane that was powered by an engine.
