大家好，我是春梅，欢迎来到南宁。Hello, everyone, I am Chunmei. Welcome to Nanning.

对于游客来说，每到一个地方，必定品尝当地美食。今天我给大家介绍南宁的特色美食：老友面。To be a visitor, having a try to the local delicious food is what we look forward. Today I would like to introduce one of Nanning’s Specialty foods， Laoyou Noodles.

老友面是广西小吃之一，具有百年历史。Laoyou noodlesare one of the snacks in Guangxi, with one hundred years.

据说，一老翁每天都光顾周记茶馆喝茶，但有一天因感冒没有去茶馆。周记老板便以精制面条，佐以爆香的蒜末、豆豉、辣椒、酸笋、牛肉末、胡椒粉等，煮成热面条一碗，送给这位老友吃。It is said that， an old man drank tea at Zhou Ji Teahouse every day. But one day he failed to come because of a cold. The boss of the teahouse, Zhou, cooked a bowl of hot noodles, with garlic, fermented black bean sauce, chili, sour bamboo shoots, minced  beef, etc. and took it to this old friend.

老翁吃后出了一身汗，病状减轻，故由此而得“老友面”之名，深受食客欢迎而经久不衰。After eating, the old man broke out in a sweat and his symptoms eased. Hence the noodles got the name of Laoyou Noodles. They are deeply loved by people and enduring.

如今它已经成为南宁的标志性特色小吃，无论是本地市民还是外地游客都纷纷品尝。老友面是到南宁必吃的美食之一。Now they have become an iconic feature of Nanning snacks. Not only the local but also tourists enjoy them. Laoyou Noodles become must-have in Nanning.

在南宁各处都可品尝到正宗的老友面，街边的老友面价钱都在7元上下，物美价廉,不容错过。You can have a taste everywhere in Nanning. They are around 7 yuan, in good quality and reasonable price. You can’t miss them.
