Story 45-The rabbit and the tortoise(龟兔赛跑）

The rabbit was once boasting of his speed in front of the other animals. "I have never been beaten," he said, "no one is faster than me."
The tortoise said quietly, "I will race with you." "That is a joke," said the rabbit. "I can play all the way."
The race started. The rabbit ran so fast that he was out of sight in a minute. But he was very proud of himself. So he stopped to have a nap.
The tortoise walked slowly but he didn't give up. He walked and walked without any stop. When the rabbit woke up, the tortoise had already arrived at the finishing line. The rabbit lost the race.
