GTG夜读12月19日《清蒸鲈鱼》

In Chinese culture, we try to balance opposite in fluence, known as Yin and Yang. They are the controlling elements in nature, which should be balanced for a harmonius life. This fish got those elements. The sea bass is very yin, While ginger and rice wine which I have had splash of are very yang. This is the perfect balanced dish. And in Chinese cooking, we are always trying to achieve this perfect balance.
