story time | The Dumpling Cart II(故事时间)

Hi it's story time!
Now I am gonna to continue the story I read yesterday, the dumpling cart. so do you still remember?
In last episode, we knew that Chris, who owns Chris Dumpling Cart, came to Laura to ask her do him a favor, because someone damaged his dumpling cart and threatened him. Laura said yes and at first, they went to talk to Nelson, who owns Nelson's Dumplings cart.
what gonna happen next? We'll see.

Laura and Chris find Nelson holding a sign. It says "Nelson's Dumplings are the best in town." in blue paint.
"That's a nice sign." says Laura.
"Thanks. I just painted it last night." says Nelson.
"Chris' cart was damaged last night." says Laura. "Do you know anything about it?"
"No," says Nelson. "I was very busy last night. Talk to Avery. Her shop used to be popular. but now she needs customers."

Laura and Chris find Avery. She's sitting by herself and looking very sad.
"Hello," says Laura. "I'm Laura Copp, the detective."
"Hi, Laura. I'm Avery." says Avery.
"Is everything OK?" asks Laura.
"No. My business isn't doing well," says Avery. "I am have to close my shop."
"I'm sorry to hear that," says Laura.
"Chris' dumplings are too popular," says Avery. "I can't compete. I'm not making any money. But that business."

Chris and Laura walk away. They still don't know who damaged Chris' dumpling cart.
"I'm sorry that I don't have any answers yet." says Laura.
"Too bad. I really want to know who covered my cart in blue paint." says Chris. "And why."
"Wait!" says Laura. "Did you say blue paint?"
"Yes," says Chris.
"Let's go and see Nelson again," says Laura. "He has some explaining to do."
