不能盲目乐观

国家卫健委表示，中国和世卫组织一致认识到，疫情形势依然严峻，不能盲目乐观，还有卷土重来的风险。

NHC warns thatWHO and China have reached a consensus that the epidemic situation as good as remains severe(serious/grave),which allows of (permits of) no blind optimism as the epidemic outbreak, as itstands, is likely to stage a comeback anytime.
