通过股票获得收益涉及两个关键决策：在对的时间买入&在对的时间卖出。 一个糟糕的股票出售决定，是基于情感而不是数据和分析的决定。

1）Margin of Safety [经济]安全系数；[会计] 实际销售额与保本销售额之间的差额。

2）P/E Ratio (Price-to-Earnings Ratio) 市盈率;
P/E Ratio=Market value per share / Earnings per share 市盈率=每股市值/每股收益

2.1）A high P/E ratio could mean that a company's stock is over-valued, or else that investors are expecting high growth rates in the future. 较高的市盈率可能意味着公司的股票被高估，或者表示投资者期望未来的高增长率。
2.2）Companies that have no earnings or that are losing money do not have a P/E ratio since there is nothing to put in the denominator.没有收入或亏损的公司没有市盈率，因为分母中没有任何内容。​
