Episode 2：Apache 之道是否适合本土文化？

本期话题概述

2019年初，Apache 基金会终于发布了一篇关于诠释Aapche之道的文章，开源之道也第一时间认领了翻译的任务，并首发开源社，并得到了很多关心Apache 之道的开源圈的人的呼应和反馈，文章的题目是：Apache 之道，开源可持续成功的秘籍。基于这个再看Apache 20年的年度报告，对于它的成绩也就没什么大惊小怪。

另外一个就是一名来自印度的研究生 Sharan Foga 的论文：《Transmission of Values and Culture in Open Source 》，用大数据分析邮件列表的方式说明中国的文化是完全适应Apache Way的。这个结论对于我来说是有违直觉的，看年度报告，中国是下载量最大的地方，但是贡献者和 commiter 是不成比例的。

基于这样一个话题，我们请来了资深的 Apache Member ，听听有什么真知灼见！Apache 之道究竟是否符合本土？

登场人物

姜宁：华为开源软件中心技术专家，前红帽软件首席软件工程师，有十五年企业级开源中间件开发经验，有丰富的 Java 开发和使用经验，函数式编程爱好者。从 2006 年开始一直从事 Apache 开源中间件项目的开发工作，先后参与 Apache CXF， Apache Camel，Apache ServiceMix，以及Apache ServiceComb的开发。对微服务架构，WebServices，Enterprise Integration Pattern，SOA， OSGi 有比较深入的研究。

吴晟：Founding Engineer at Tetrate. And lead the Apache open source APM/Observability analysis platform project, SkyWalking, which has been included in cncf cloud native landscape. Be a PMC member of Apache Incubator. Take part in Zipkin Apache and ShardingSphere as a PMC member. Speak at multiple conferences, including LC3 China twice, QCon Beijing (star speaker) three times. Also be the member of Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF) OpenTracing Specification Council, contribute for OpenTracing project.
