“不恶口”讲什么是恶口，讲话伤人。“不两舌”就是不调拨离间，不在你面前说这个，在他面前说那个，让别人不和合。什么叫“不绮语”？没有意义的话叫绮语，讲没有意义的话也有罪。因为你的生命是宝贵的，时间是宝贵的，寸金难买寸光阴，既然你有那么宝贵的光阴，就不要去讲那些没意义的话。
