性格内向（下） For examples, i joined the studens’ assosciation of my university, and took part in many social activities. Then i got chances to communicate with my school fellows and others. In addition, i also found a part-time job to make some changes. Gradually, thngs has become better and better. Now i anve many good friends and i’m very active. My ability in communication has been improved a lot. This experience tells me that we should not be afraid of our weaknesses. What we can do is to come up with good methods and conquer these weaknesses.

健忘（下） To get out off this habit, i have attempted to write down every reminder on my notebook. Whenever i have a arrangements, and take the notebook all the time and check it often. As a result, gradually, i begin to kick this habit and now it is gettig better, but i still working on this ways since it is a goog method, i think.

健忘（上） As a matter of fact, everyone possesses some weaknesses, Well, i thik my weakness is that i'm easy to forget things, especially when i am with study or job. A case in point is that my friends and i usually make appointments to get together only on a certain day. but when it comes, i often forget it completely and iam concereating on other things. Then my friends will call me and say: Where are you? Are you coming soon? Everytime it is always a big surprise to me, and i will be punished through a variety of ways by them.

性格内向（上） As the only child of my family, and owing to my living environment, i think my weakness is lacking communication with others. My personality is somewhat in introverted, and i am not good at communicate with others. During my free time, i often read books at home, and therefore know much about many topics. I’d like to share with others, but there are few chances. When i went to university, i realized my problems. And then make great efforts to change this situation. In order to be an extroverted man, i’v tried many ways. For examples,
