We use this expression to make an exception, or to ask for anexception to be made for us.

Eg1: A: I need to leave work early today. Isthat possible? 我今天要早点下班，可以吗？

B: OK. Just this once.好吧，只此一次哦

Eg2. I know I did the wrong thing, butplease don't report me. Just this once. 我知道我做错了，别举报我好吗，就这一次

OK - I won't report you. But I don't wantto see you doing it again. 好吧，我不举报你，但是别再让我看到第二次了。
