A long face真的不是大长脸，如何用”face”表达你的情绪呢？

看到“A long face”，你的第一反应是什么呢？难不成是“长脸”的意思吗？其实“A long face”指的是“板着脸”、拉长着脸”、“不高兴”。

A long face = an unhappy or gloomy;  feeling disappointed or depression

long face可不是“中式英语”，因为全人类不高兴时，恐怕都会拉长脸，所以，long face 并不是Chinglish哟！

2014年被加入到牛津词典中

据牛津词典的解释：Someone's face when their lips are pushed outwards, especially in photographs.

Duck face（鸭嘴脸），

指的是“噘嘴自拍的夸张表情”。嘟着嘴自拍
