We are back with our brand new episode about being Present!
We discuss what it means to be present and the benefits of holding space for ourselves in this moment. We also revisit some of our older topics including self love, trauma, healing, positivity, higher-self, and how to be our authentic self. We realize that being at peace in the present moment holds tremendous amount of power and resource which is literally "one breath away"- it holds the power to make us happy now and the guidance to better decision making.
