Farmer Brown has a problem.

农场主不乐翁遇上了一个麻烦

His cows like to type.

他的奶牛们迷上了打字

All day long he hears:

他整天都能听到

Click, clack, moo.

咔嗒，咔嗒，哞

Click, clack, moo.

咔嗒，咔嗒，哞

Clickety, clack, moo.

咔嗒嗒，咔嗒，哞

At first, he couldn’t believe his ears.

一开始，他不敢相信自己的耳朵

Cows that type?

奶牛在打字？

Impossible!

不可能！

Click, clack, moo.

咔嗒，咔嗒，哞

Click, clack, moo.

咔嗒，咔嗒，哞

Clickety, clack, moo.

咔嗒嗒，咔嗒，哞

Then, he couldn’t believe his eyes.

紧接着，他以为自己的眼睛出了毛病

（他看到了一张字条）

“Dear Farmer Brown,

亲爱的农场主不乐翁

The barn is very cold at night.

谷仓一到晚上就非常冷

We’d like some electric blankets.

我们想要几条电热毯

Sincerely,

It was bad enough the cows had found the old typewriter in the barn,

这些奶牛，他们在谷仓里翻出一个旧打字机还不够

now they wanted electric blankets!

现在居然还想要电热毯！

“No way,” said Farmer Brown.

“没门！”不乐翁嚷嚷着

“No electric blankets.”

“没有电热毯”

So the cows went on strike.

于是，奶牛们集体罢工了。

They left a note on the barn door.

他们在谷仓门口留了一个字条

“Sorry, We’re closed. No milk today.”

“抱歉，我们停业了。今天没有牛奶”

“No milk today!” cried Farmer Brown.

“今天没有牛奶！”不乐翁惊叫

In the background, he heard the cows busy at work:

他听到后院里奶牛们正在忙碌地工作着：

Click, clack, moo.

咔嗒，咔嗒，哞

Click, clack, moo.

咔嗒，咔嗒，哞

Clickety, clack, moo.

咔嗒嗒，咔嗒，哞

The next day, he got another note:

第二天，他又收到一张字条：

“Dear Farmer Brown,

亲爱的农场主不乐翁

The hens are cold too.

母鸡们也很冷

They’d like electric blankets.

她们想要电热毯

Sincerely,

The Cows

The cows were growing impatient with the farmer.

奶牛们开始对农场主失去耐心

They left a new note on the barn door.

他们在谷仓门口留下了一张新字条

“Closed. No milk. No eggs.”

“停业。没有牛奶，没有鸡蛋”

“No eggs!” cried Farmer Brown.

“没有鸡蛋！”不乐翁惊叫。

In the background he heard them.

 Farmer Brown was furious.

Farmer Brown got out his own typewriter.
