程度状语从句用来表示动作或状态所达到的程度，其连词主要有：so that, such that, as (so) far as, as (so) long as, to the degree (extent) that, in so far as 等。

举例：

Her heart beat so that she could hardly breathe. 她心跳剧烈，几乎都无法呼吸。

His courage is such that she does not know the meaning of fear. 他胆子很大，不知道什么叫做害怕。

So far as the weather is concerned, I do not think it matters. 就天气而论，我觉得没什么要紧。
