自己听的，如有错误欢迎指正。 Good morning, respected professors. I have expected for this interview for a month since I got an interview notice. My name is XXX, I come from XX university and I’m X years old. I was born in XX, a city in XX province, majoring in teaching Chinese as a foreign language. I determined to further my education after entering my university and I dreamed to have a good opportunity to study on your campus which I fully enjoyed when I arrived here two years ago.

I confirmed my college goal after attending an academic meeting where I encountered many foreigners who knew little about Chinese and I grabbed the chance to explain some Chinese characters to them. It was the meeting that aroused my great interest in learning my major. While learning more about it, I was more eager to cultivate myself in this field. For this reason, I also borrowed relevant books from the college library to broaden my horizons and continue my journey towards being a teacher of Chinese as a foreign language, which is my dream in future.

Furthermore, in order to update my information about this field, I paid special attention to the latest information and trend about Chinese education. I have great passion for my learning because my major motivates me to learn more. I bear “Stay hungry, stay foolish.” by Jobs in my mind all the time when confronting difficulties and troubles in my learning.
