emerging market： a market that is starting to develop and growing rapidly. 

emerging market: 新兴市场， 高速发展的市场， 

 China is an emerging market. in the decades, it has been growing rapidly.  More and more people are moving to the middle class and having money to spend.

inevitable recession： 不可避免的经济衰退

nest egg： money that is saved to pay for something in the future, usually a house, or retirement

Turmoil： a state of confusion, disorder, disturbance   ; uncertainty of change , difficult time. 

关于Turmoil 的例句:

1. With the civil war,  a famine and inflation, the country had been in turmoil for ten years. 

2. There has been a lot of turmoil in my life, by  moving to the new city, I've changed my job my break up with my girl friend

3 The devaluation of the dollar causes gread turmoil in the market. 

proposed stimulus package： stimulus package： something to stimulate the economy, money from government to get economy moving. 

proposed: some idea or suggestion that hasn't been approved yet.  提议， 提案。
