房产经纪: Glad to see you Sophie and Tom. Ok, this is the house I send you picture of, owned by Caroline, who just asked me to put it on the market, because she moved to another country. Five months ago, she got promoted to Regional manager of Asia Pacific and went to ShangHai. That was right after she bought this house. So, she didn’t even get a chance to move in. And I heard you two are from ShangHai, am I right?

Sophie: Correct, haha.
