What are you becoming

You can have more than you've got because you can become more than you are. And of course the other side of the coin reads unless you change how you are, you'll always have what you got.

你可以拥有得更多，因为你可以超越自己。 反之，除非你做出改变，否则你拥有的将一成不变。

Success is something you attract, not something you pursue. Success is looking for a good place to stay. So instead of going after it, you work on yourself, personal development.

成功是被你吸引来的，而非你主动追求得来的。成功本身也在找寻好的栖息之所。所以，你应该致力于自己的个人发展，而非追逐成功。

See the major question to ask on the job is not what are you getting, the major question to ask on the job is what are you becoming. 

要认识到，工作的重点不是你会得到什么，而是这份工作会让你变得如何。
