What can we wear to work?

You can wear suit and tie to work. 

Can I wear a T-shirt?

No. A T-shirt is good to wear to park or the gym, but it's not ok to wear to work.

Starting tomorrow, no jeans, no T-shirts, no trainers .

Women can wear nice tops, dresses, skirts, high heels. 

Men should wear suits and ties.

Fun fact: I used to spend a lot of time with Americans.  And when I taught a class at that time, I was always wearing T-shirts and jeans. For shoes, I used to wear sneakers.

But now, I would say, WOOO!!! That was too casual!! It was not professional at all!

Now, I would say that appearance is quite important because it can show the others your taste and life style. For now, I usually wear business casuals and tie.
