1.*force[fɔːs]
n. 力，力量；部队 
v. 强迫
New driving regulations are going to come into force this year.

2.*enforce [ɪn'fɔːs]
vt.（强制）实行，执行
It isn’t always easy for the police to enforce speed limits.
