我先挑一个“全能艺人”这个

I’ll pick this one - “an all-around actress”.

这个真的是不敢当

I’m not worthy of such compliments.

苗圃老师除了会演戏

Besides acting,

还会品茶、会骑马、会唱歌、会滑雪

you like tea, riding horses, singing andskiing.

这么全能的你还会有什么不会的吗

In such an all-around actress as yourself,is there anything else that you cannot do?

其实我是一个…

Actually, I am…

算是个比较热爱生活的人

kind of a person who loves life.

一直都不停地追求我的梦想

I have been pursuing my dreams all thetime.

像我年轻的时候十几年前

Like more than 10 years ago, when I wasyoung,

我那时候想开飞机我就去学了

I wanted to pilot a plane, so I went to learnit.

放到今天可能没有这样的勇气

If I wanted it now, I might not have thecourage to do it.

所以说我比较佩服那时候的我自己

So I admired myself at that time.

我也想奉劝大家

I would also like to give you some advice,

就是真的你有想法

that if you do really want something,

想要去做一件事情的话

or want to do it,

趁早

do it as early as possible.

趁年轻 趁你还有勇气的时候

When you are young, and have courage,

赶紧去做吧

just do it.

要不然你会后悔的

Or you will regret it.

最近在练着骑马

Recently, I am practicing horse-riding.

其实是为了跟孩子一块同步

It is just because I want to accompany mychild.

其实以前对马还是有一点抵触的

In fact I was a little afraid of horses,

因为拍戏的时候从马上摔下来过

because I fell from a horse before when Iwas shooting.

所以就很怕马 远离马

So I was afraid of horses, and wanted tostay away from them.

但是我觉得有时候作为母亲的勇气是可叹可赞的

But sometimes I think a mother has greatcourage.

告诉孩子妈妈不是胆小懦弱者

I want to tell my child I am not a coward,

妈妈一如既往

and I am as courageous as before.

这个不太好

“不要脸”

“Never care about your face.”

在新剧《桃花依旧笑春风》里

In your new TV series,Love in Times ofWars,

你满脸黑泥 脏衣脏裤

your face is full of black mud, you'rewearing dirty clothes,

被网友称为最“不要脸”的演员

and you’re called an actress who “nevercares about her face”.

在这个看脸的时代作为女演员你真的没有包袱吗

At such a time when a beautiful appearanceis most important for a person, as an actress, do you really not care aboutyour face?

不是在哪个年代吧

It’s not about times.

我觉得作为女演员

I believe as an actress,

其实不光是脸的包袱

you need to care about nothing,

很多包袱都不应该有

including your face.

那时候拍《樱桃》的时候

When I was shooting the TV series,Cherry,

真的就是…

It really…

别说洗衣粉洗头了

Let alone washing hair with washingpowders,

那时候用硫磺皂洗身上啊

I even used sulphur soap to wash my body.

你身上的皮肤也会不像往日那么光滑顺溜

My skin was not so smooth as before.

每天洗完脸沾水在太阳底下暴晒

I exposed my face to the sun with water onit every day,

是希望那个肤质能出现那种

hoping my skin could present the sametexture 

跟当地村民能融为一体的那种质感

with local villagers and integrated withthem.

这都是我觉得演员应该为角色做的吧

This is what I think actors should do forroles.

一切为角色服务

All services for roles.

没有你 没有演员本身

It’s not about you, not about the actor.

所以不光是不要脸

So not only the face, 

什么都不要

An actor should care about nothing.

这个

This one.

The most beautiful boss.

前段时间为了给员工庆祝生日

Some time ago, to celebrate the birthday ofan employee

竟然给员工买机票和演唱会（门票）去看偶像

you even bought airplane tickets andconcert tickets for her to see her idol.

苗老板为什么这么贴心

Why is boss Miao so intimate?

其实我倒是想让她看我来着

Actually I wanted her to come to see me.

我觉得年轻人有自己的偶像

I think it’s a very good thing that

有自己崇拜的那些榜样

young men have their own idols

我觉得是特别好的事情

and deeply admire their idols.

我大力支持

I strongly support this.

    RESULTS AND ROSES

Or small or very big,

With flowers growing here and there,

Must bend his back and dig.

The things are mighty few on earth,

That wishes can attain.

Whatever we want of any worth,

We've got to work to gain.

It matters not what goal you seek,

To get results or roses.

这首诗的名字叫《硕果和玫瑰》

The name of this poem isResults andRoses.

其实大概意思讲

It generally talks about

只要是我们付出我们辛勤的劳作

as long as you work hard,

一定能够得到你最想要的结果

you will get the result you want most.

辛勤劳动之后就是满满的硕果

Results come after hard work.

其实我们生活中的所作所为都是跟这首诗相关的

In fact, what we do in life is related tothis poem.

就是只要我们去做了

That is, as long as you do it,

一定能看到你想要的结果

you can get what you want.

其实二十多年来在影视圈的打拼

In more than 20 years in film andtelevision circles,

我一直以来也是按照这个宗旨在行进着的

I have always been following this purpose.

我也看到了我想得到的硕果

And I have got what I want.

可能在别人那不值钱

Maybe it is worthless to others,

但是对于我来讲我就希望我是能够踏踏实实演戏

but for me, I hope I can play roles in TVseries

演一辈子戏

for a lifetime.

在未来

In the future,

一定能给我最美好的硕果

I can get my best results.
