入座上菜后，心急的小朋友用手抓东西吃，该怎么提醒他呢？

可以说:Eat with your spoon 或者 chopsticks.

Spoon, s-p-o-o-n, spoon,勺子的意思。

Chopsticks, c-h-o-p-s-t-i-c-k-s, chopsticks,筷子的意思。
