这是动词的用法
read是及物动唤稿茄词，后面可以直接加名词
listen 是不及物动词，和察后面要敬搜接介词才能加名词，所以这里有个to了

因为read 是及物动词，后面可裤培此以直接加名词做宾语，而中弊listen是不及物动词，必须先加介词胡迅，再接宾语

listen to 是一个固定搭帆物答配，表示听。
加蚂州S是表示泛指，当然你也可以说read the book，同样表示特指某本书
加 the 表示特指，态慧因为你不可能一下子听很多台收音机
