Suddenly, a glowing (发光的) green orb appeared and put Aurora into a trance (入迷). She followed the orb up a winding (螺旋的) staircase.

突然，一个发光的绿球出现了，爱洛看得着了迷。她跟着球爬上了螺旋楼梯。

Soon Aurora found herself in a room with a spinning wheel and a spindle!

很快，爱洛就来到了一个房间，房间里有一个纺车，还有一个尖尖的纺锤！

Maleficent’s voice bellowed, “Touch the spindle. Touch it, I say!” Aurora couldn’t help (抑制不住) but obey.

梅尔菲森特的声音低吼着：“去摸纺锤。快去，听我的！”爱洛控制不了自己，只有服从。

When the fairies finally reached the hidden room, they saw Maleficent standing in triumph (胜利的姿态) beside the fallen princess. “You poor simple fools,” Maleficent cried. “Thinking you could defeat (打败) me, me, the mistress (女主人) of all evil!” Then, with a wicked laugh, she disappeared.

仙子们终于找到了隐藏的房间，可是她们看到梅尔菲森特正以胜利的姿态站在倒下的公主旁边。“你们这群可怜的笨蛋，”梅尔菲森特大喊道，“你们自认为可以打败我，我——掌管一切黑魔法的主人！”接着，伴随着邪恶的笑声，梅尔菲森特就消失了。

The three fairies took Aurora to a tower room, where they placed her gently (轻轻地) on a bed. Tears ran down their cheeks at this cruel turn of events.

三位仙子把爱洛带到一个塔楼房间里，轻轻地放到了床上。残酷的事实让她们泪流满面。

“King Stefan and the Queen will be heartbroken when they find out,” sobbed Merryweather. To prevent any more sadness, the fairies flew about the castle, putting everyone in a deep sleep until Aurora could awaken.

“一旦史蒂芬国王和王后知道了，一定会心碎的，”蓝天仙子抽泣着说。为了避免更多的伤痛，仙子们飞遍了城堡，让每个人都陷入了沉睡，直到爱洛被唤醒他们才会醒来。

Not long after, Phillip arrived at the cottage, expecting to see the lovely girl from the forest. Instead, Maleficent and her henchmen were waiting. The evil fairy wanted to ensure�that Briar Rose’s young prince would not save her.

不久后，菲力来到了小屋，满心期待着能见到在森林里遇到的漂亮女孩。可是，等着他的却是梅尔菲森特和她的手下。黑女巫想让蔷薇玫瑰的年轻王子永远救不了她。

After locking Prince Phillip in her dungeon (地牢), Maleficent revealed that the girl he had fallen in love with was Princess Aurora—and that she was under a spell that only True Love’s Kiss could break.

梅尔菲森特把菲力王子锁进了地牢，还告诉他他爱上的正是爱洛公主——而她已经被魔法诅咒了，只有真爱之吻才能打破诅咒。

When wicked Maleficent finally left, the good fairies came to the�rescue�(解救). They�released Phillip from his chains and armed him with the enchanted (施了魔法的) Shield of Virtue (美德之盾) and the mighty Sword of Truth (真理之剑).

邪恶的梅尔菲森特终于离开了，三位好仙子来救王子了。她们打开了锁着王子的铁链，还送给他施了魔法的美德之盾和强大无比的真相之剑作为武器。

With help from the fairies, Phillip fought his way past Maleficent’s henchmen and through a wall of thorny (荆棘) bushes (丛).

在仙子们的帮助下，菲力打败了梅尔菲森特的手下，穿过了一道荆棘密布的墙壁。

Suddenly, Maleficent turned herself into an enormous fire-breathing dragon! Phillip bravely used his shield (盾牌) to protect himself from (保护…不受…的伤害)�the heat and force of the flames.

突然，梅尔菲森特变成了一只巨大的龙，嘴里还喷着炽热的火焰！勇敢的菲力手持盾牌，避开了炽热强烈的火焰。

Teetering at the edge of a cliff, Phillip took aim and threw his sword, striking (刺，击)�Maleficent in the chest. She stumbled (摔倒) and fell. The evil fairy was defeated.

菲力踉跄着来到一座悬崖的边缘，他伸出利刃，正刺中梅尔菲森特的心脏。梅尔菲森特倒在了地上。黑女巫终于被打败了。

Phillip raced to Aurora’s bedside. He knelt down and gently kissed his true love. Her eyes fluttered open and she smiled at him. The horrible spell was broken!

菲力跑到爱洛的床边。他屈下双膝，温柔地吻了自己心爱的人。爱洛睁开了眼睛，微笑地看着菲力。可怕的诅咒终于被打破了！

The good fairies quickly woke up everyone in the castle. King Hubert, King Stefan, and the Queen yawned and stretched (伸懒腰), but no one realized that they had all been asleep.

好仙子迅速唤醒了城堡里所有的人。休伯特国王、史蒂芬国王和王后打着哈欠，伸着懒腰，却没人意识到他们一直在沉睡。

Phillip and Aurora entered the room and bowed before the�throne�(王座). Then Aurora rushed into the arms of her parents and felt their warm embrace (拥抱) for the first time in sixteen years.

菲力和爱洛走进大殿，在王座前鞠躬行礼。然后，爱洛就投入了父母的怀抱，十六年来，她第一次享受了父母温暖的拥抱。

Prince Phillip took Princess Aurora’s hand. Then, just as they had when they first met, the happy couple began to dance. And the entire kingdom rejoiced (快乐).

菲力王子牵着爱洛公主的手，然后，就像他们第一次见面时那样，快乐地跳起了舞。整个王国都洋溢着快乐与欢笑。
