Makea packing list
Vacations are lots of fun to go on, but to make the most out ofyour trip you have to pack the right items. Sometimes, packing can be a bore orconfusing, if you have no idea what to bring. The best way to organize yourthoughts and remove the drama from packing is to make yourself a packing list.
Make sure it's clear where you are going, how long you will begone, what the weather will be like, and how you are getting there.
Start with clothing. If you are going to begone for 1-7 nights, you may want to consider bringing 1 shirt, 1 pair ofpants, 1 pair of underwear, 1 pair of socks, and for women, 1 bra, for eachnight you are staying. Don’t forget your pajamas or whatever you are sleepingin. If you are washing clothes, you can pack less. If your trip is longer, consider packing 1 outfit for every 3-4 days, assuming you will be washingclothing. Depending on the weather and specific activities you are going totake part in, remember to take bathing suits, cover ups, extra pairs of shoes, scarves, coats, gloves, and other items to keep you comfortable.
Move on to Bathroom Items. Usually theaccommodation you stay in will provide some toiletries. However, unlike inChina, smaller hotels in many countries may not provide toothbrush andtoothpaste, so you might need to pack your own. Don't forget razors, deodorant, hairbrushes, hair straightener/curling iron, and for women, sanitary pads.
Now you can write downsome 'gadgets'you need to take. Smart phones, tablets, kindle, laotop can go here or in the entertainment section. Remember portablecharger and charger cable. If you are travelling internationally, it might be agood idea to check the plug used in the destination country, so you will knowif you need to pack a travel adaptor.
Then write down financial/identification items. For mostpeople, this should be your wallet or purse and a passport, if your leaving thecountry. I always find it quite useful to keep a budget in my notebook or on myphone, so I have a clear idea of how much I have spent. It is also fun to lookback at these notes later on to remind myself of the trip. One little tip mightbe to do your budget in the local currency instead of RMB,it gives you lessstress and spares you the trouble of converting between two currencies.
Start writing down medications and other items for your health. If you haveany pills you have to take, write these down. Make sure totake bandages, painkillers, motion sickness remedies, insect repellant and sleep medications, and sun blockif you are going somewhere with strong UV. And wet wipes can always come in handy. But be carefulwith your medical kit, because some medicine might be illegal in certaincountries.
Efficientpacking
Pack clothesthatgo well together. Try to pack neutral shades like brown, black, cream, white, and gray. This will allow you to mix and match your clothes so you don’thave to pack as many outfits.
-- For men, basic button-up shirts in neutral shades are aversatile itemthat will go well with anything.
-- For women, pack a simple black dress thatyou can dress upor downdepending on the occasion. A blazer is also a great choice that youcan wear casually or in a more formal setting.
Travel-size toiletries are the way to go. If you can’tfind a travel-size option for something, buy a small, refillable travel bottleand fill it with the product you want to take with you.
Roll your clothes instead of folding them. Rolling yourclothes will save you more space in your luggage so you can limit the number ofbags you take on your trip. You caneven use rubber bands or hair ties to keep rolled clothes tight in your bag.
Rolled items will need to be packed tightly to stay organized, which is why this method is best if you’re trying to fit a lot into a smallerbag.
Use the inside of your shoes as storage space. Stuff yoursocks inside your shoes if there is no other room for them. Other smallclothing items such as underwear are also easy to roll and place in your shoes.Small, fragile things and souvenirs also work well in shoes, as the shoesofferextra paddingand safety.
Use packing cubes to make sure everything fits together. Packingcubes are smaller bags that you use to organize your suitcase. Depending onyour needs, these can be organized by outfit, by weight, or by items. Forexample, you may have a heavy, midweight, and light cube, or you may have onefor all your shirts, all your undergarments, etc.

希望主播继续做下去,很喜欢你的节目,讲话声音也喜欢,。难度对我来说正好不费劲的练耳朵,其他好多节目,中文讲的比例太大了,无法形成英语背景和氛围。
